Warehouses:
We currently have products available to ship from warehouses within the US, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia. However, not all products are available from each warehouse so your order may not always be fulfilled from the same country that you are ordering from.
Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days...however more than half leave the warehouse within 3 business days or less.
Customs Fees:
Unfortunately goods, such as these Iron Strong products, cannot be shipped freely from country to country. When goods are imported to a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty which must apply. This is charged by the destination country.
Iron Strong can not provide an estimate of these fees as they may vary depending on your order value, country limits and other factors. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay and Iron Strong won't be a part of the process.
EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS!! Majority of our products are available to ship from a European warehouse, which means that if your order qualifies & is being delivered to an EU country, you WILL NOT be charged customs fees. Bonus! Contact us at admin@ironstrongapparel if you want to confirm if your order will be shipped from our EU location or not. If you have a mixed cart of products and not all are fulfilled from our European warehouse then you still may be charged Customs Duty.

We offer Live Shipping Rates Worldwide, which means that the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on what you are ordering and where you live.
Note: as we need to package the mugs and hats differently than shirts or hoodies for shipping, these products will be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
